Too much damn STRESS...

Well, we all know how busy we all are with kids, work, life, etc. I guess my body did not like the running because now I have a STRESS fracture in my left tibia located directly under my left knee.....that must be why it hurt so darn much when I continued to run on it. Who would have thought? The real question is why a relatively healthy 31 yr old female would get a stress fracture while only running 4 miles...not like it was that far. Hopefully, it was just bad shoes. Now I have a nice pair of stability shoes that will sit in the closet for 6 WEEKS while I pound down the Vit D and Calcium supplements. Boy, this is going to be tougher than it was going to be before. Do you think I will make it 13.1 miles with only 2 months training time.....we will see! Wish me luck!

Who knew reading could be so dangerous...

Well, we always said BB needed a helmet. He has taken a liking to his brothers bike helmet. I guess he felt he needed to protect his noggen while he read this morning!

I PROMISE I did NOT do it....

The Great Wolf Lodge

Well, we had a GREAT time at the Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City this past weekend. The boys did really well with the water park. There was a ton to do there.

Have a good weekend...

I hope you all enjoy the winter warm-up we are supposed to have this weekend. We are heading up to Traverse City to the Great Wolf Lodge. I am SO excited! Evan cannot wait to go to the "water hotel." J and I are going to scope out the route for the Bayshore Marathon while we are up there. That is if I can walk.....I have injured my left knee! I ran anyway yesterday which know I am thinking was not such a bright idea as I can hardly wight bare today. Maybe all the water therapy this weekend will help......at least I hope!

Evan and Brayden are now sharing a room....no there is no news, I just wanted my office back upstairs so I can TRY to get back on top of things at this house. With fam, the kids, my job, T.S., my training, and fundraising, blah blah blah I am starting to feel just slightly overwhelmed and behind on the house, but oh, well....it could be ALOT worse. I am thankful for the health of my fam, friends, etc.

Thank you all for being a part of my journey! See you when we return!

Ok, Ok, STOP YELLING!

This one is for you KIM! Here is an update of the Felosak household. Everybody's still working....thank you! T.S. is going great. Nicole and i had a fabulous open house last FRI. Thank you to everyone who attended. Team Iin Training (TNT) is progressing. J and I have been running/working out at the gym ....I know that is HARD to believe. I have LOTS of great fundraising ideas like movie night, pump it up, party at Jack, Dooleys, maybe a poker night, and lots more fun activites. I will keep you posted. I am 100% enjoying myself and fell damn good about what we are doing. It is hard to put into works what this Marathon is doing for my body, heart, and soul, but now that we are involved I can't imagine not being a part of it.

This weekend our family is going to the Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City...so hopefully I will have pics to post soon. I do have some of us sledding, but I have not found the opportunity to put them onto the computer yet, and frankly I am to darn tired to do it right now. For you fellow facebookers you can look at Jason's profile if you are friends with him as they are posted there.

Hope all is well with everybody...miss you all!
