The Knowles Wedding...

Friday afternoon the whole "Reinhart" clan headed south for Toledo OH for my cousin Ali's wedding rehearsal. The "theme" was Jimmy Buffet....because they both love him so we were all in Hawaiian shirts. It was great fun! My dad, Uncle Jeff, J, and Kurt got up and did a MMBW dance. MMBW stands for Men Married to Bohls Women (my moms maiden name). It was hilarious! This clip doesn't do it justice, but you will get the idea....mind you this was after MANY margaritas...

Saturday was the wedding and the weather was beautiful! Ali was beautiful! Jeff was handsome! Evan did GREAT! How much more do you need? Evan carried a toolbox full of "goodies" down the aisle instead of a ring pillow which he thought was great. At the end of the aisle he gave Jeff (the groom) a big high five...which almost stole the show. He hung on till about 11:00 pm and then we all headed back to the hotel to pass out! Sunday morning we had a brunch at the Pergola of the hotel to say goodbye to all the fam. It was so nice to see everyone and I am so glad Ali and Jeff are married. He is a great addition to our family. Now he is a member of the MMBW group. The question is...who is going to teach him the proper steps?

Mulch Day...

Today J and my dad spread mulch all morning while my mom watched the boys....mommy went out to lunch with friends (thanks ladies....I don't care what my fortune said I am not in the market for new friends)! We were supposed to celebrate Meme's Birthday, but she had a toothache. Sorry Meme. Happy Belated birthday (June 5th) and we hope you feel better soon!

Relay for Life...

Saturday the Reinhart Family with special guests Jennifer Mikolajczak and her boyfriend Earl participated in the Sterling Heights Relay for Life. We all walked from 10 pm to 11pm. This is the fourth year for my mom, the third year for the rest of us girls, and the first for many of the guys. The advantage of walking the 10pm slot is that they light luminaries all around the track and spell out HOPE on the bleachers. We all walk every year to honor and celebrate the lives of those we have lost like Jen's mom, those who are surviving like Chris's mom and to support those who are currently battling this horrible disease. Our hopes and prayers go out to all those individuals and their families! As they said in the ceremony last night FIGHT BACK!

Metrobeach...

Well, I have fallen behind on my blogging again... suprise, suprise! We went to Emily T. 1st birthday party on Sat May 31st and had a wondeful time. There was a bouncy and lots of kids...what more do you need? Mon through Thurs same old same old. Friday J got off work early and we were able to get some things done around the house and then proceeded to go to SplashZone at metrobeach. The boys had a GREAT time and it was so nice to just have FUN! As you can tell from the pic of Evan we got some ice cream before we left and it was MESSY! and GOOD!
